That’s why we’re excited to introduce the new Foto Master Feedback Center.
A dedicated place in our Support Knowledge Base where you can submit feature requests, report bugs, vote on ideas, and track progress directly from the Foto Master ecosystem.

Every request gets its own public page where operators can:

🐞 Report Bugs More Efficiently
Found something that isn't working right?
The Feedback Center also includes a dedicated bug reporting system.
When reporting an issue, you can provide:
- Product information
- Steps to reproduce
- Expected behavior
- Actual behavior
- Software version
- Screenshots and attachments
This helps our team investigate issues faster and deliver fixes more efficiently.
*For urgent event-day issues, our support team remains available through the normal support channels.

For bug reports, requests may also be marked as Resolved, Duplicate, or Not Planned.
Our team can also leave public notes giving you additional context about the decision, planned implementation, workarounds, or letting you know why something is planned the way it is. So even when a feature is still in progress, you're never left in the dark.

This gives operators visibility into what our team is evaluating, building, and shipping.
