Tell us which product you want, the country and delivery address, your event date, and any equipment you already own. Include the camera, computer and printer models so the proposed setup can be checked for compatibility. Ask for the quote to identify the hardware, software term, Cloud or AI services, support, optional accessories and shipping separately. Share any procurement requirements before ordering.

Check the items and service periods in your order. Software licenses, a company Cloud plan, AI usage and support are separate components, so renewing one does not automatically renew the others. Current software licensing is generally per device, while Cloud plans are per company or brand account. Eligible legacy lifetime licenses have different rules. A displayed monthly equivalent may be billed annually; it is not an additional charge on top of the annual total. Your account and current order terms show the actual billing interval, services and rates.

After activating the software and syncing the event in advance, an FMX for Windows booth can run local capture, local printer output, green-screen processing and its offline gallery without an internet connection. Cloud AI processing, online galleries, QR photo delivery, email and SMS require connectivity. Payment requirements depend on the selected payment system. Test a local fallback workflow before the event if the venue connection is unreliable.

Yes. Foto Master Cloud lets you customize gallery branding and guest-message templates. A Pro Cloud plan is required for the documented white-label setup, including a custom gallery domain. You must control the domain and complete its DNS setup. Messaging and AI usage have their own requirements and charges, so choose the plan and delivery options for your event and send test messages before going live.

Storage depends on the selected product and workflow. Media can be stored on the booth device, uploaded to Foto Master Cloud, or both. Cloud AI and online sharing involve online processing. Local deletion settings and deletion from a Cloud event are separate controls. Foto Master's current privacy guide explains these choices and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms. A Data Processing Addendum is available through Sales or Support for procurement review. Raise any data-residency or restricted-network requirements before choosing the setup.

You can review the available 24/7 Support option for each license in Foto Master Cloud under Licenses. Where support is not active, the page provides the applicable renewal or purchase option. Training arrangements depend on the package and services purchased. When a new team member needs onboarding, contact Foto Master with the booth model and software version so the appropriate training and any associated cost can be confirmed.

Yes. The FMX Webhook workflow step can send supported session data to an external service, including survey answers, consent results, guest contact details and selected media. Your developer needs to configure the receiving endpoint and the required fields. Place the step after the data is collected and test authentication, response handling and failures. This outgoing workflow integration does not by itself establish support for an external app to start or control a booth session.

Release the license on the old computer before activating it on the replacement. In current FMX for Windows, connect the old computer to the internet, open Global Settings and use Logout. Wait for successful deactivation. Then install and activate FMX on the new computer and sync your event. If the old computer is unavailable or deactivation fails, contact Foto Master Support. Changing the owning account or company requires an ownership review.

You can prepare presets and events in Foto Master Cloud before syncing them to a booth. Running a full FMX test on another computer also involves software activation. Do not activate the booth's in-use license on a second computer during an event. Arrange the appropriate additional license or test setup if you need both computers running FMX at the same time.

Yes. Set up an FMX workflow that delivers photos digitally and omits the print step. Guests can receive a photo link by email or scan the displayed QR code, depending on the workflow you enable. Online delivery requires internet and the relevant Cloud services to be configured. Guests open the link in their browser without installing a Foto Master app.
