Had an emergency at an event where my printer stopped working. I had no time to try to figure it out as it was an award ceremony. I called support and they fixed my issue with the patients needed at the time with having guest taking pics in between to keep the line going. I had to call them a few times this week and the quality was awesome each time. Thank you.. The annual membership is worth it

The opportunity for a key turn package made everything a lot more simpler and easy. I did not have to have the learning curve of how to connect the printer to the booth. Yes, a Foto Master Cloud account is required to use the AGWall software. Your software license is managed through Foto Master Cloud, and you only need one account per company for all your Foto Master products and licenses. (Basic/Pro plan is required)
This platform unlocks access to advanced AI features and cloud services, such as online galleries, SMS, email templates, and more. If you don’t have an account yet, creating one is simple and quick. Start Here →
AGWall software supports two setup options:
• The traditional Air Graffiti Wall setup with IR spray cans and a projector-based enclosure.
• The optional AGWall Touch configuration, using any multi-touch monitor.
AGWall is not a difficult software to learn, but like anything, there can be a learning curve to figuring out something new. However, we have the best technical support team in the industry and they are there to show and teach you how everything operates.
Yes, but cloud-based features like AI features, SMS, email, QR code sharing, and media sync won’t work without an internet connection.
Yes. The software allows you to save the finished photo or video of the whole process to share via social media, email, etc.
After your first year, you can choose to continue with the following:
• AGWall for Windows License: $79/month (billed annually)
• Foto Master Cloud Subscription:
– Basic Plan: $39/month (billed annually)
– Pro Plan: $79/month (billed annually)
• 24/7 Support (optional): $27/month (billed annually)
Your software license and Cloud subscription are required to continue using AGWall with all its features and cloud-powered capabilities. Support is optional but recommended for ongoing peace of mind.
You'll receive access to Foto Master Cloud, where you can download and activate your software. Then, you'll be able to schedule a training session with our 24/7 support team.
