The very first time I used it in a public setting people absolutely loved it. I was told that they have never seen a photo booth like this before, that the features are so cool, and the booth itself is very cool. Everyone who used it had such a fun time and kept coming back for 2nds and 3rds. Some guests used it over 10 times! The AI features were the star of the booth!
Had an emergency at an event where my printer stopped working. I had no time to try to figure it out as it was an award ceremony. I called support and they fixed my issue with the patients needed at the time with having guest taking pics in between to keep the line going. I had to call them a few times this week and the quality was awesome each time. Thank you.. The annual membership is worth it

In contrast, the Bring Your Own Package is designed for customers who already own key gear such as a camera and computer, offering a cost-effective option by allowing them to use their existing equipment.
Foto Master Cloud is the online platform behind your Foto Master products, and a Cloud plan is required to run PMWall. One account covers your whole company. Your package includes Cloud Basic for the first year. After that, Basic is $39/month with 5 GB and Pro is $79/month with 10 GB, billed annually, with extra storage available per GB. Yes, for your first year with both packages. After that renewal is optional: $49/month per account, or $470/year and save 20%. It uses your Cloud plan's storage. If you don't renew, hosted events go offline and reappear if you reactivate before the content is deleted.
After the included first year, the PMWall software license is $99/month per device ($1,188/year), billed annually. A Foto Master Cloud plan is also required: Basic is $39/month per company ($468/year) with 5 GB or Pro is $79/month per company ($948/year) with 10 GB, billed annually.
