The very first time I used it in a public setting people absolutely loved it. I was told that they have never seen a photo booth like this before, that the features are so cool, and the booth itself is very cool. Everyone who used it had such a fun time and kept coming back for 2nds and 3rds. Some guests used it over 10 times! The AI features were the star of the booth!
Had an emergency at an event where my printer stopped working. I had no time to try to figure it out as it was an award ceremony. I called support and they fixed my issue with the patients needed at the time with having guest taking pics in between to keep the line going. Can I display a digital mosaic and give guests a printed photo at the same event?
Yes. An FMX photo booth can print a guest's finished photo while sending photos to the Cloud event used by PMWall. PMWall builds the mosaic on the connected display. The guest's photo print and a physical mosaic sticker are separate outputs: printing mosaic stickers requires its own suitable printer, media and setup. The FMX and PMWall applications need their respective licenses, and the Cloud-connected workflow needs internet.
Can remote participants contribute while a mosaic updates at our venue?
Yes. Selfie Wi-Fi lets participants upload from their phones into the same Cloud event used by PMWall. PMWall can collect those photos and build the mosaic on a venue display. Configure moderation if photos need approval before appearing. An online, explorable Virtual Mosaic is an optional additional feature. Prepare the shared event and test remote uploads, the venue display and any online mosaic before launch.

Ordering, software and support
What costs should I budget for after the included first year?
Check the items and service periods in your order. Software licenses, a company Cloud plan, AI usage and support are separate components, so renewing one does not automatically renew the others. Current software licensing is generally per device, while Cloud plans are per company or brand account. Eligible legacy lifetime licenses have different rules. A displayed monthly equivalent may be billed annually; it is not an additional charge on top of the annual total. Your account and current order terms show the actual billing interval, services and rates.
Where is guest data stored, and can our team review a DPA before purchase?
Storage depends on the selected product and workflow. Media can be stored on the booth device, uploaded to Foto Master Cloud, or both. Cloud AI and online sharing involve online processing. Local deletion settings and deletion from a Cloud event are separate controls. Foto Master's current privacy guide explains these choices and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms. A Data Processing Addendum is available through Sales or Support for procurement review. Raise any data-residency or restricted-network requirements before choosing the setup.
What should I include when requesting a complete setup quote?
Tell us which product you want, the country and delivery address, your event date, and any equipment you already own. Include the camera, computer and printer models so the proposed setup can be checked for compatibility. What's the difference between Turn Key and Bring Your Own Packages?
The Turn Key Package includes all the necessary electronics and components, allowing you to start using your photo booth immediately without any additional setup. What is Foto Master Cloud, and what does it cost after the first year?
Foto Master Cloud is the online platform behind your Foto Master products, and a Cloud plan is required to run PMWall. One account covers your whole company. Your package includes Cloud Basic for the first year. After that, Basic is $39/month with 5 GB and Pro is $79/month with 10 GB, billed annually, with extra storage available per GB. Is Virtual Mosaic included with PMWall?

Foto Master offers Shop Pay options with payment breakdowns for eligible customers based on Shop Pay Check. Additionally, we work with third-party equipment leasing services that can assist with financing as well.
