Easy to Transport

Transporting a Draw Me Bot setup is easy, safe, and convenient with vehicles as small as common compact cars.

Robotic arms are transported in designated protective cases that measure 8.3″ × 15″ × 10.3″ and weigh 5.29 lbs each.

As part of the Turn-Key package, a folding table is supplied. When collapsed for transportation, it measures 23.7″ × 4″ × 23.7″ and weighs 18.96 lbs.

All remaining accessories, such as drawing markers, drawing paper platforms, drawing papers, and an iPad table stand, can be placed in a single bag. Additionally, the electronics, including an Apple MacBook Air, Apple iPad Pro, USB hub, adapters, and cables, can also fit in the same bag.

Fast to Setup

Setting up the Draw Me Bot station is quick and easy, and can be done by a single person in just a few minutes.

To set up the station, the folding table is opened, and the spandex cover is stretched over it. The robotic arms and paper platforms are then placed on top of the table, and the electronic components are connected. Finally, a drawing marker is inserted into each robotic arm.

For best results, we recommend calibrating each robotic arm for 30 seconds before use.

Scalable

The Draw Me Bot software is engineered for versatility, accommodating events of any size. It features automatic scaling capabilities, adjusting operations according to the number of robotic arms connected. This flexibility allows for seamless integration into small events with 1-3 units, as well as larger gatherings requiring 3-5 units. Consequently, the Draw Me Bot software ensures a tailored and efficient experience for both you and your clients. A single Mac and iPad can support up to 5 Bots, optimizing resource use while maximizing performance.

Drawing Speed

Watching the robotic arm as it brings the drawing to life, line by line, is an amazing and exciting experience for participants.

The drawing time is simply a function of the amount of details drawn. With the Draw Me Bot, the average drawing time is 40 seconds per drawing – perfect for enough details to ensure facial resemblance, enough time to enjoy the drawing process and keep an efficient workflow throughout an event.

Drawing Paper Platform & Options

Draw Me Bot now offers an expanded selection of drawing paper sizes to enhance your artistic offerings. Alongside our standard 6″ × 4″ papers, we are excited to introduce a new 6″ × 8″ paper holder option, allowing for larger, more detailed drawings.

With your purchase, you’ll receive 1,000 high-quality drawing papers with a thickness of 300 GSM in the standard 6″ × 4″ size. To cater to a wider range of preferences and add value to your services, we highly recommend to purchase the 6″ × 8″ option as well. This upgrade not only allows you to offer your customers a choice between two sizes but also enables you to charge a premium for the larger, more detailed drawings.

Additionally, we provide PSD branding and styling templates for both paper sizes. These templates are fully customizable, allowing you to apply any design you wish. Facial Resemblance

The conversion of portrait photos to line drawings is a feature based on an AI image processing algorithm developed by Foto Master for the Draw Me Bot exclusively. The feature will automatically process and convert participants’ selfies before they are sent to the robotic arms as line drawings.

Extensive work has gone into creating an algorithm which fully transfers the style of line drawings while keeping facial resemblance to the subject in the original image.

Sharing

Participants can now not only share their unique robotic drawings but also have the option to send their personalized caricatures and photos directly to their phones via MMS, to their email inboxes, or through your custom-built online sharing platforms.

Monitoring

The monitoring panel in the Draw Me Bot software provides real-time updates on the drawing process.

You can easily view the drawings queue, see which drawings are currently being worked on, and track completed ones.

The panel also displays the drawing time and start time for each piece, along with the robotic arm responsible for the drawing.

This feature allows the operator to inform participants about the status of their drawings, including which robot is currently working on their photo.

Robot Control

The robot control panel in Draw Me Bot’s software allows the operator to manage and monitor the connected robotic arms.

Once the drawing markers are inserted into the robotic arms, the panel allows performing a 30-second calibration process where the height of the marker is set for best results.

The process is almost entirely automated, with only one manual step of feeding the paper holder with paper.

Each robotic arm has three states: Waiting for Operator (default state and the state the bot returns to after drawing), Busy Drawing (currently drawing), and Waiting on Drawing (robot is waiting for a drawing to arrive after the operator feeds it paper).

The drawing queue automatically selects an available robotic arm and updates its status. This allows the operator to see which arm is currently drawing and which ones are available for the next drawing.

Lastly, the panel displays the connection status with the iPad via AirDrop. This technology ensures quick and reliable transfer of photos from the iPad to the software, even in challenging Wi-Fi or Bluetooth environments.
