Smart Photo Cropping

The Photo Mosaic Wall utilizes face detection algorithms for smart cropping when converting the aspect ratio of an original photo to an aspect ratio of a tile.

Supports Any Mosaic Size

Grid and tile sizes are fully customizable. The Photo Mosaic Wall also includes an event simulator that calculates the recommended event duration and expected media costs based on your selections.

Supports Three Operation Modes

• FIFO (First photo IN > First photo OUT): a mode that focuses on participant interaction, lets participants stick their photos right after they’re fetched.

Instagram Account + Hashtag

You can use your company’s Instagram account to take photos of the activity, tag these photos with a unique hashtag and have them fetched automatically by the Photo Mosaic Wall.

MMS Texting

With support for automatic fetching of photos via MMS messages, guests at the event can easily text their selfies to a dedicated virtual number to have them included in the mosaic.

Activating this feature is made simple by the Photo Mosaic software. Simply input your Twilio account details and advertise the virtual number at the event to have the photos fetch automatically as they are texted.

Website Upload Form

Easily create and fully customize a website upload form to allow participants from all around the world to add their photo unto the mosaic with unique optional features:

• Sharing a title and a story about the uploaded photo
• Sending an email notification with a direct link to the uploaded photo
• Collecting email addresses of participants for marketing purposes

The upload form can be automatically added as an overlay in the online mosaic URL or embedded in your own website.

Using the upload form as a source for live event photos also gives you an opportunity to allow participants to share a story about each photo they upload. A story is added by using an optional input field in the form and shown when the uploaded mosaic photo is selected.

Once a photo is uploaded, the Photo Mosaic Software sends the participant an email notification containing a direct link to the new mosaic tile and a fully customizable message.

You can fully customize the design of the form, the input fields it presents and the email notifications sent to uploaders.

On-site Photographer

Get those professionally taken photos automatically sent from the photographer’s camera directly to the Photo Mosaic Booth. All you need is the photographer to take photos with a wireless SD card connected to the local wireless network or hotspot and you’ve got yourself professional grade photos synced with the mosaic activation in real-time.

PC-Agent

The ‘PC-Agent’ is a separate, versatile software that wirelessly connects between on-site photo sources and the Photo Mosaic Wall – fetching and forwarding freshly-taken photos from on-site hashtag printers, photo booths, photographer’s cameras, cloud storage services and more.

A fun fact about the PC-Agent is that it doesn’t require an internet connection or cables to connect between devices. All it needs is a local wireless connection or a hotspot connection to be shared between all of the devices.

Each PC-Agent also keeps track of fetched files from each individual device and sends only the latest photos to the Photo Mosaic Wall.

On-site Photo Booth (via PC-Agent)

Have any photo booths at the event? These photos can be a wonderful addition to the mosaic activation. Simply install a PC-Agent on the computer running the photo booth software, select the photos folder and it will take care of the sync automatically.

Hashtag Printer (via PC-Agent)

If you already own and use a hashtag printer service, the Photo Mosaic Wall can fetch and use these photos for the mosaic activation as well. Simply install a PC-Agent on the computer connected to the printer, select a folder to sync and the agent will take care of the rest.

Cloud Storage Services (via PC-Agent)

You can have the computer sync photos from any cloud storage service (e.g. synced folders of Google Drive/Dropbox/Microsoft OneDrive ) and the PC-Agent will automatically send them to the Photo Mosaic Wall as they come.

Digital Mosaic Mode

A digital setup of the Photo Mosaic Wall can serve as a practically effortless, yet still amazing event attraction. Simply hook up a computer with Foto Master’s Photo Mosaic Wall software to a large screen TV or projector. Setup your fetching sources (social-media and PC-Agents) and you’re done! Enjoy the show.

The Photo Mosaic Wall software will automatically transition new event photos onto their ideal location with stunning 3D animations.

Three-Dimensional Mosaics

The software will produce and print tiles to create a mosaic on flat outer faces of any three-dimensional object you’ll design.

The feature works by printing a mosaic grid on a custom-cut PVC board (can be done with the help of a print shop), attaching it to the outer faces of three-dimensional objects and uploading the outline to Foto Master’s photo mosaic software as a PDF.

Robust Event Simulator

Moderation Options

Two moderation modes are available:

• Moderation On: You authorize each new photo or a group of new photos in order for them to be processed.
• Moderation Off: Photos are automatically processed by the algorithm as they are received in real-time.

High-Resolution Mosaic Saving

Once the activation is over the software will automatically generate a digital file of the final mosaic image in a resolution of up to 27K.

Mosaic Board Generation Option

Foto Master’s Photo Mosaic software includes a dedicated panel to help you produce your own DIY mosaic boards.
