The very first time I used it in a public setting people absolutely loved it. I was told that they have never seen a photo booth like this before, that the features are so cool, and the booth itself is very cool. Everyone who used it had such a fun time and kept coming back for 2nds and 3rds. Some guests used it over 10 times! The AI features were the star of the booth!
Had an emergency at an event where my printer stopped working. I had no time to try to figure it out as it was an award ceremony. I called support and they fixed my issue with the patients needed at the time with having guest taking pics in between to keep the line going. I had to call them a few times this week and the quality was awesome each time. Thank you.. The annual membership is worth it

What's the difference between Turn Key and Bring Your Own Packages?
The Turn Key Package includes all the necessary electronics and components, allowing you to start using your photo booth immediately without any additional setup. In contrast, the Bring Your Own Package is designed for customers who already own key gear such as a camera and computer, offering a cost-effective option by allowing them to use their existing equipment.
How many Bots am I getting with each package?
Whether you purchase the Bring Your Own Package or the Turn Key Package, each package comes with 1 Bot. You can add more by selecting additional Bot Bundles, which include a Bot, Paper Holder (4x6), 100 papers, and markers, for $1,000 per bundle.
What is the Foto Master Cloud Platform?
Foto Master Cloud is Foto Master's online platform that enhances all Foto Master's software and services with advanced AI capabilities, along with other online features such as online galleries, QR code sharing, email templates, SMS, white labeling, and more. Foto Master Cloud Platform plans start at $39 per month per company. This fee is for the entire company, not per device, so all your devices can connect to one Foto Master Cloud and work with it.
Can I use the software without an internet connection?
Yes. Draw Me Bot supports both online and offline modes.
For the best results, we recommend using the cloud-based AI, which requires an internet connection and gives you access to our most advanced drawing models. These generate highly accurate, full-body sketches with impressive speed and detail.
If you’re offline, you can switch to the built-in local model. It’s free to use and supports basic portrait and caricature drawings, though it doesn’t match the quality or capabilities of the cloud-powered experience.
How long does a drawing take?
AI processing takes about ~5-20 seconds per photo. The robot drawing then takes between 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the AI model, speed, detail, and number of people.
Comics are the exception. A multi-panel A4 comic is several drawings on one sheet, so it takes roughly 5 to 9 minutes. Plan comics as a premium, lower-volume experience rather than a queue filler.
This timing strikes the right balance between speed and quality, delivering detailed, personalized sketches that keep guests engaged without long waits.
How much does each AI drawing cost?
