The very first time I used it in a public setting people absolutely loved it. I was told that they have never seen a photo booth like this before, that the features are so cool, and the booth itself is very cool. Everyone who used it had such a fun time and kept coming back for 2nds and 3rds. Some guests used it over 10 times! The AI features were the star of the booth!
Would like to know if there is a platform for us to get some leads. The Mirror is great - the 24/7 support team is fantastic. Thank you

I love the look and feel of the booth. It definitely has an eye catching appeal. Everything I needed was included in the package. The opportunity for a key turn package made everything a lot more simpler and easy. I did not have to have the learning curve of how to connect the printer to the booth. I did schedule a one on one appointment for training. It was very informative and the technician was very knowledgeable. Very polite and engaging.
I wanted to let everyone know, I got a mirror booth and love it. I have trailers and love the one piece, wheel it in, done. The Ai is a game changer, tech support is amazing. I also love the bots, upgraded to larger trays, the prints are amazing also. Party goers go crazy over them!
We have been doing this for 7 years and would like to do it full time now that I have retired from my FT job. This booth is the most fun and the reaction from our customers is at the next level. My husband and I purchased our Mirror Air Photobooth 10/2023 and we've loved every minute of it----- although we aren't complete experts in all the software capabilities and components, FOTOMASTER has a team of dedicated professionals that are there to help guide and teach us throughout the learning process! With an incredible machine of this magnitude it really helps to have this 24/7 tech support group available and ready to assist! They are patient, friendly and knowledgeable and they really help ease the tension allowing us to go into our events with confidence! I love them!!!!!!!!!

I never write reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. Adam Zackmy has been so helpful from day one. The amount of issues I dealt with gave me so much anxiety and I was ready to just give up. Adam literally held my hand and helped me every step of the way. Most ppl will sell you something and ignore your request because they already have your money. I have never had such an amazing customer service experience this great.
