Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 11 reviews.
The very first time I used it in a public setting people absolutely loved it. I was told that they have never seen a photo booth like this before, that the features are so cool, and the booth itself is very cool. Everyone who used it had such a fun time and kept coming back for 2nds and 3rds. Some guests used it over 10 times! The AI features were the star of the booth!
Would like to know if there is a platform for us to get some leads. The Mirror is great - the 24/7 support team is fantastic. Thank you
Mirror Air Booth: Turn Key Package
Store owner replied: Yes, we offer a dedicated Lead Distribution Platform (LDP) for our booth owners. You can learn more about it here: https://fotomaster.com/pages/lead-distribution-platform Thank you so much for the review, we’re glad you’re enjoying your Mirror 🙌
I love the look and feel of the booth. It definitely has an eye catching appeal. Everything I needed was included in the package. The opportunity for a key turn package made everything a lot more simpler and easy. I did not have to have the learning curve of how to connect the printer to the booth. I did schedule a one on one appointment for training. It was very informative and the technician was very knowledgeable. Very polite and engaging.
I wanted to let everyone know, I got a mirror booth and love it. I have trailers and love the one piece, wheel it in, done. The Ai is a game changer, tech support is amazing. I also love the bots, upgraded to larger trays, the prints are amazing also. Party goers go crazy over them!
We have been doing this for 7 years and would like to do it full time now that I have retired from my FT job. This booth is the most fun and the reaction from our customers is at the next level. When I am stuck at an event with an issue I always have a trusted friend at the help desk. Thanks so much for the opportunity to do well at something we love doing. You make us the professionals.
We love our 2 Mirror Air booth! Works great and looks amazing at the events!
We absolutely LOVE our Mirrors!! FM support is well prepared and ready to help 24/7. We wouldn't go in a different route with our booths! Thank you!!
My husband and I purchased our Mirror Air Photobooth 10/2023 and we've loved every minute of it----- although we aren't complete experts in all the software capabilities and components, FOTOMASTER has a team of dedicated professionals that are there to help guide and teach us throughout the learning process! With an incredible machine of this magnitude it really helps to have this 24/7 tech support group available and ready to assist! They are patient, friendly and knowledgeable and they really help ease the tension allowing us to go into our events with confidence! I love them!!!!!!!!!
We @jamz_enterprise_llc , purchased the Mirror Air Photo Booth (Turnkey package) and we LOVE it‼️ There aren’t many Photo Booths like ours in Maryland. Our clients love it just as much as we do‼️ Mr. Rob Alper, our Sales Manager, was absolutely wonderful and understanding. Helped walk us through the process smoothly from beginning to end. He was persistent without being annoying or making me feel rushed to a decision without speaking with my partners. Also, further ensuring we made an informed decision-and that we did. Thank you @fotomasterltd ❤️🔥💯
I never write reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. Adam Zackmy has been so helpful from day one. The amount of issues I dealt with gave me so much anxiety and I was ready to just give up. Adam literally held my hand and helped me every step of the way. Most ppl will sell you something and ignore your request because they already have your money. I have never had such an amazing customer service experience this great.
