When a rental lead comes in, our system runs a draw among all the operators who have coverage coins placed on the map in that location. One operator receives the lead exclusively.
Here's how the whole flow works:

Each product license gives you 5 coins. Drag them to the cities/area you serve.
📋 Foto Master receives a rental inquiry
A potential customer submits a rental request via our website or marketing channels.
🎲 The lead draw runs automatically
Every coin covering that area enters the draw. The algorithm is built for fairness — more coverage means more chances, and the system favors coins with fewer recent wins.
🏆 You get the exclusive lead
The winner receives full contact details — name, phone, email, and event info. One operator only. From there, they get to contact that lead and, potentially, book the event!
🪙 How Coins Work
Every active Foto Master product license with 24/7 support plan gives you 5 LDP coins.
The more products you have, the more coins — and the wider the coverage you can build.
Each coin covers a radius around where you place it. The size of that radius depends on your plan:
- Basic plan: 50–100 mile radius per coin
- Pro plan: 20–200 mile radius per coin
You drag coins from your panel onto the map (for example: drop one on Phoenix, one on Tucson, one on Scottsdale - and you're now competing for leads in all three markets at once).
The Pro plan's adjustable radius is especially powerful for operators serving dense metro areas. Tighten it to focus on a specific city center, or expand it to sweep a whole region. The control is yours.
🏆 The Draw: How Leads Are Assigned
When a rental lead comes in, every operator with a coin covering that location enters the draw automatically. The algorithm then selects a winner.
Here's what makes LDP 2.0 different from a simple lottery:
✅ The algorithm favors coins with fewer recent wins- so newer operators or those covering underserved areas get a fair shot.
✅ If no operator has coverage in that area, it becomes an uncovered opportunity - available to the first operator who moves to claim it.

To keep your coins live and in the draw, 3 things need to be active on your account:
✅ An active Foto Master Cloud Plan (Basic/Pro)
✅ An active Foto Master Product License
✅ An active 24/7 Support Plan
If any of these lapse, your coins are temporarily removed from draws and locked.
The good news: when you renew, your coins return to the exact positions you left them. No need to re-place them.

- Drag your coins from the panel onto the cities and areas you serve
- Set your Service Radius for each coin using the slider
- Hit Save Changes. You're in every relevant draw from that moment!
