That’s why we’ve introduced a new monitoring system across Foto Master Cloud and the AI services that power your experiences. It helps us detect problems earlier, respond faster, and give you clearer guidance when something needs attention.

🔍 What We’re Monitoring
Our monitoring looks at the services behind your everyday workflows, including:
- AI features and models: Supported models from OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, and other providers used for image generation, editing, video, and more.
- Cloud services: The systems supporting cloud access, photo uploads, galleries, downloads, and sharing.
- Performance and reliability: Processing times, failed requests, and jobs taking longer than expected, helping us identify slowdowns as well as outages.
- Supporting infrastructure: The background services that keep requests moving and results reaching your customers.
The goal is simple: identify issues before you need to report them. Automated monitoring gives our team an early signal when a monitored service becomes unavailable or starts experiencing problems.
🚨 Earlier Alerts for Our Support Team
When the system detects and confirms an issue, our Support team is automatically notified.
This gives the team a head start on identifying what’s affected before you need to report the problem yourself.
It also means that when you contact Support, they can have better information about whether the issue is specific to your setup or connected to a wider service problem.
🤖 Better Visibility Across AI Providers
AI experiences can depend on different models and providers. An issue with one provider does not always mean your entire AI experience is unavailable.
For example, if a supported OpenAI model is experiencing an outage, our team can see the issue and check which alternatives are currently available.
Where the feature supports it, Support may recommend switching to a suitable Google Gemini, Grok, or another available model to help keep your event running.
This is especially important for live events, where waiting for an external provider to recover may not be the best option.
