LDP: Lead Distribution Platform

The LDP is a new SaaS (Software As A Service) solution for Foto Master product owners that will spread leads out evenly. This system will allow our customers to acquire rental leads that have reached Foto Master. Only one owner will have access to the lead’s contact details based on their (the owner’s) selected location and the amount of leads they have already received.

How It Works: Rules & Guidelines

Each product license entitles you to 5 coins.
You will be able to place each of the coins anywhere on the map. The coverage area of each coin is 100 miles.
When a rental inquiry (lead) reaches Foto Master, it will be automatically placed in the ‘LDP' System. We will hold a ‘prize drawing’, where the winner will be selected from all the coins covering the rental lead’s area. The prize will be the rental lead.

The winner will be selected based on the following algorithm:

All coins assigned to the rental lead’s location will be gathered.
The coins with the least amount of 'wins' will be selected.
If there is more than one coin, the algorithm will randomly select a winner.
The 'win' amount will increase for the coin that won the draw.
An email will be sent to the winner of the prize drawing. This lead will be added to their ‘My Wins’ Page in the LDP.

If there are no coins under the rental lead’s event location:

We will post the address of the event in the Facebook group and notify customers to place their coins in that area.
After 5 hours, we will run another prize drawing.
If no one has won that rental lead, we will post in the group again and wait 24 hours for the next draw.
If no one has won that rental lead after 24 hours, we will do another prize drawing after 4 days (96 hours).

Important Information:

Licenses that need a renewal of upgrades and support will not be able to partake in the LDP prize drawing until renewed.
The more products/licenses you have, the more coins you get. This will make you more likely to win and book more events.
There are very strict rules about leads that Foto Master provides. Be sure to read the ‘Terms of Use’ in the LDP. Please note that these leads cannot be sold, publicly shared, or transferred. We take our Privacy Policy very seriously.
