IAAPA EXPO 2022

We all know that the world has changed dramatically in the last few years. As we try to recover from what was a rough few years for business-owners, we think getting out there can provide an opportunity for us all to connect and grow — and what better way to do that than to show up at IAAPA EXPO; the premier trade association representing the ever-changing attractions industry.

As one of the largest expos we attend annually, IAAPA EXPO is the place where we look forward to not only showcasing our products to a huge network but also connecting with people like YOU. It gives us a chance to introduce our major products, explore where the industry is headed, and discuss business with those who want to be on the cutting edge of success.

Here are our top tips and tricks for getting the most out of your IAAPA attendance:

1. MAKE A PLAN: IAAPA floors are huge to say the least. Grab a floor map and pin-point the companies you’re looking forward to seeing. (Foto Master will be at Booth #4852!). Highlighting specific booth locations will help keep your goals in check and ensure you get the hands-on experience you came for.
2. REACH OUT: Time can quickly run out with the overwhelming amount of exhibitors. Get in touch with those you want to connect with and ask about scheduling a meeting so you can get all the information needed to make well-informed decisions for your business.
3. COME PREPARED: It may sound redundant but planning ahead is crucial for attending a trade-show as large as IAAPA. Make sure you have a light bag where you can drop brochures, business cards, your own business cards, and a pen and notebook for jotting down insights you may want to further research back home. Don’t forget to leave some room for your water bottle!
