Cancellation policy

At Foto Master, we offer flexible purchase and subscription options to meet your needs. Below is an overview of the purchase options and cancellation terms. For more detailed information about license terms, please refer to our Terms and Services Policy.

1. Purchase Options

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card Payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
• Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay: For seamless and secure checkout.
• Wire Transfer: Available for direct payments.
• PayPal: For eligible orders.
• Third-Party Financing: Financing options are available through approved third-party providers.

2. Software Licenses

• Lifetime Licenses: A one-time payment providing permanent access to use the license.
• Yearly Licenses: These auto-renew annually unless canceled in the Cloud > Licenses tab.

3. Cloud Services

• Subscription Options:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: Billed based on usage.
  • Monthly or Yearly Plans: Provide unlimited access and the ability to purchase subscription-based licenses.

• Cloud Fee: Applies per brand and allows all devices under the same brand to connect to a single Cloud account.

• Auto-Renewal for Cloud Subscriptions:

  • By default, Cloud subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Customers can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Cloud > Billing tab.

4. 24/7 Support

• Billed Per License: 24/7 Support is charged on a per-license basis.
• Auto-Renewal:
  • Auto-renewal is enabled by default.
  • It can be managed or canceled in the Cloud > Licenses tab.

5. Subscription-Based Licenses

• Subscription-based licenses are available through Monthly or Yearly Cloud plans.
• These licenses auto-renew annually unless canceled in the Cloud > Licenses tab.

6. Cancellation Terms

• Digital Goods:
  If a product includes digital goods (e.g., software licenses, cloud subscriptions, 24/7 support) that have been downloaded, logged into, activated, or used, the cost of the digital goods will be deducted from the refund amount upon cancellation.

• Subscription Orders:
  Subscription-based orders are non-refundable, including Cloud or Yearly Software licenses. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, even after cancellation.

• Custom or Personalized Orders:
  Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable, even prior to shipment.

• Third-Party Financing:
  Orders through third-party financing providers are not eligible for cancellation or return. Customers must adhere to the terms set by the financing provider.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final once goods are shipped. For cancellations prior to shipment, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will exclude any digital goods already accessed, downloaded, activated or used.
