Cancellation policy
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
At Foto Master, we offer flexible purchase, subscription, upgrade, downgrade, and usage-based service options. Below is an overview of purchase options, subscriptions, AI services, storage, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, grace period, and account deletion terms. For detailed license usage terms, please refer to our Terms of Service and EULA.
Automatic Renewal Consent
When you select an auto-renewing plan and accept the Terms of Service during sign-up, you expressly agree that the subscription will renew and authorize Foto Master to charge the applicable recurring fees to your payment method until you cancel. Foto Master sends renewal reminders before applicable renewals. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information current.
You can stop future renewals through Cloud > Billing for Cloud plans and Cloud > Licenses for software and support. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your account. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not cancel charges already incurred, outstanding balances, or separately authorized usage-based charges. It does not create a refund for a current or already renewed period except where required by law.
1. Purchase Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card Payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Wire Transfer
- PayPal (eligible orders only)
- Third-Party Financing through approved providers
2. Software Licenses
- Lifetime Licenses: One-time payment providing permanent access to use the license.
- Yearly Licenses: Renew annually under the Automatic Renewal Consent above unless canceled through Cloud > Licenses before renewal.
License usage and conditions are governed by the EULA in our Terms of Service.
3. Cloud Services
Subscription Options
- Pay-As-You-Go: No recurring fee. Usage is billed per service.
- Monthly or Yearly Plans (Basic / Pro): Subscription plans with expanded features, storage allowances, and access to subscription-based licenses.
Cloud Fee
- Charged per brand/company, allowing all devices under the same brand to connect to one Cloud account.
Auto-Renewal
- Monthly and yearly Cloud subscriptions renew under the Automatic Renewal Consent above until canceled.
- Renewal reminders are sent before applicable renewals.
- Auto-renewal can be managed through Cloud > Billing.
Grace Period
A Grace Period may occur when your Cloud subscription expires and you do not renew it or cancel it.
- What happens during the Grace Period: Your online galleries will go offline and your account will be marked for termination.
- Length: The Grace Period lasts up to thirty (30) days from the subscription expiration date.
- How to restore service: If you renew and pay any outstanding amount during the Grace Period, your Cloud access will continue and your online galleries will return online.
- If you do not pay: If you do not renew within the Grace Period, your account may be terminated and your data may be deleted as described in this policy.
If you want to stop using a paid Cloud plan while keeping your account and AI Credits, you may explicitly request a downgrade to Pay-As-You-Go as described in Section 9. Export any events and media you wish to keep before its effective date. The downgrade and associated deletion take effect at the end of your current paid period, not when you submit the request. Expiration or a failed payment does not itself count as confirmation of this destructive downgrade.
4. 24/7 Support
- Billed Per License.
- Support renews under the Automatic Renewal Consent above until canceled.
- Renewal reminders are sent before applicable renewals.
- Managed through Cloud > Licenses.
- Charges are non-refundable once the service period begins.
5. Subscription-Based Licenses
- Available only with active Monthly or Yearly Cloud plans.
- Renews annually under the Automatic Renewal Consent above unless canceled through Cloud > Licenses before renewal.
6. AI Services, Credits, and Usage-Based Pricing
AI Services Usage
- AI Services are billed per transaction, per experience, or per generated result.
- Customer Content, AI outputs, model training, consent obligations, and prohibited AI uses are governed by the Terms of Service, EULA, Cloud Services Agreement, and Privacy Policy.
AI Credits
- AI Credits are prepaid balances used for AI Services and eligible usage-based charges.
- Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Pricing and Plan Differences
- AI pricing varies by:
- AI service type
- Active Cloud plan (Pay-As-You-Go, Basic, Pro, or other packages)
- AI model, quality, or configuration
- Different plans may have different per-transaction pricing for the same AI Service.
Pricing Updates
- Current AI pricing is published on the Foto Master website and/or within the Cloud platform.
- Pricing may be updated from time to time with at least 30 days’ advance notice.
- Continued usage after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
7. Storage Allowance and Extra Storage Charges
Included Storage
- Each Cloud plan includes a predefined storage allowance.
- Included storage limits vary by package and are listed in the official pricing tables on the Foto Master website.
Extra Storage Usage
- If a customer exceeds the storage included in their plan, extra storage charges will apply.
- Extra storage is billed per additional GB used, based on the active Cloud plan.
Plan-Based Pricing Differences
- The price per additional GB varies by plan.
- For example, extra storage under the Basic plan may cost more per GB than under the Pro plan.
- Applicable rates are published in the pricing tables and may differ between packages.
How Monthly Storage Usage Is Measured
- Peak storage: Monthly storage usage is the highest amount of billable storage your account reached at any time during the previous calendar month. It is not an average or a snapshot taken only at month-end or on the billing date.
- Extra storage is the portion of that peak above the applicable plan allowance. The applicable per-GB rate is the rate for your plan during the usage period, not simply the plan selected on the later billing date.
- Example: If your plan includes 100 GB and your storage reaches 120 GB during the month, 20 GB is extra storage for that month. Reducing storage to 80 GB before month-end does not remove the charge for the earlier 20 GB excess.
- If your plan changes during a month, contact support for a breakdown of the allowance, rate, and usage period used for your storage charge.
Application and notice: Peak measurement applies prospectively from the effective date communicated for your account. Where its introduction would materially increase your charges, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before it takes effect. It will not be used to recalculate completed billing periods retroactively.
Billing Timing and Payment Method
- Extra storage charges are calculated monthly and charged once at the beginning of each month based on the previous calendar month’s peak storage usage, as explained above.
- Extra storage charges may be:
- Charged to the customer’s default payment method, or
- Deducted from the available AI Credit balance, if sufficient credits exist.
- If the credit balance is insufficient, the remaining amount will be charged to the default payment method.
Ongoing Charges
- Extra storage charges are recurring as long as usage exceeds the included allowance.
- Reducing storage can prevent new excess usage, but it does not erase a peak already reached during that month. A later month has no extra storage charge if its peak remains within the applicable allowance.
8. Plan Upgrades
Upgrading Cloud Plans
- Upgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation.
- Features, storage limits, and AI pricing adjust instantly.
- Existing events, data, configurations, and AI Credits are preserved.
Billing for Upgrades
- Customers are charged the price difference for the remaining billing period.
- No refunds or credits for unused time.
9. Plan Downgrades (Important)
Downgrade from Pro to Basic
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your paid Pro access continues until then.
- When the downgrade takes effect, Pro-only features are disabled.
- Events and data are retained, subject to Basic plan limits and storage allowances. Storage above the Basic allowance may incur extra storage charges under Section 7.
- The downgrade itself does not authorize automatic deletion of your events, media, or AI Credits.
Downgrade from Pro or Basic to Pay-As-You-Go
This is a destructive action that requires your explicit confirmation. Requesting the downgrade schedules the change; it does not cause immediate deletion while your paid period is still running.
- Effective date: The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your paid access continues until then. If your paid period has already ended, the downgrade and deletion may begin after your explicit confirmation.
- What is deleted and when: All events and event-related data, including event photos, videos, and galleries, are scheduled for permanent deletion when the downgrade takes effect. Deletion will not begin before the end of your already-paid period merely because you requested the downgrade.
- Export first: Download any events and media you want to keep before the effective date. Once deletion begins, the affected content cannot be recovered through the service.
- What you keep: Your account and unused AI Credits are retained. AI Credits remain available for future eligible usage under the applicable pricing and credit terms.
- Changing your mind: Contact support@fotomaster.com before the scheduled effective date to withdraw the downgrade and deletion request or arrange continued paid service. Retain confirmation that the request has been withdrawn.
- If the downgrade control is unavailable, contact support to arrange the change and confirm its effective date before authorizing deletion.
Stopping renewal, downgrading to Pay-As-You-Go, and deleting your account are different actions. Stopping renewal alone does not authorize this deletion. Account deletion has the separate consequences in Section 10. Records retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes are handled under our Privacy Policy.
10. Account Deletion (Important)
- Account deletion results in:
- Permanent deletion of all events and stored data
- Permanent deletion of all unused AI Credits
- Loss of access to all services and licenses
- Account deletion is irreversible.
11. Cancellation Terms
Digital Goods
Digital goods (software licenses, Cloud services, AI Services, AI Credits, storage usage, support) are non-refundable once accessed or used.
Subscription Orders
- Subscription services are non-refundable.
- Canceling through the account controls stops future renewals.
- Services remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle. Plan downgrades described in Section 9 take effect at the end of that paid period.
- Stopping renewal alone does not delete your events, media, or unused AI Credits. After paid access ends, the applicable plan and grace-period terms govern access and retention; cancellation is not a promise of indefinite free storage.
- Cloud plan cancellations are managed through Cloud > Billing. License and support cancellations are managed through Cloud > Licenses.
- If an account control is unavailable or does not work, contact support@fotomaster.com before the renewal date and retain the request confirmation.
Custom or Personalized Orders
Non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Third-Party Financing
Subject to the financing provider’s terms.
12. Refund Policy
- All sales are final once goods are shipped.
- Pre-shipment cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Refunds exclude digital goods and consumed services.
