At Foto Master, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our products. Please review the following details to understand our shipping processes and policies.
Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse:
6004 Commerce Blvd, Unit C, Garden City, Georgia (GA), 31408, United States, unless supplied by a local approved distributor.
Processing and Lead Time:
For items in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Customers can choose the delivery speed and preferred shipping forwarder during checkout to best suit their needs.
Estimated Delivery Times by Region:
- East Coast: 2-3 business days
- Mid-West: 3-4 business days
- West Coast: 4-5 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment and may vary based on the selected shipping method.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process based on the destination, delivery speed, and chosen forwarder. These charges will be included in your invoice.
Delivery Timeframes and Delays:
While we make every effort to ship your order promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Your location and the accuracy of your provided shipping address.
- Freight company schedules and performance.
- Force Majeure events such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
Foto Master is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from shipping delays.
Failed Delivery:
If a shipment is ready for delivery but is refused or cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, Foto Master may store the product at your expense. This includes additional storage fees and insurance costs.
Damages and Missing Items:
The first shipment of any product is fully insured by Foto Master against damages. Claims for missing components or defects upon arrival must be submitted within:
- Seven days of receipt, or
- Three days after completing your initial operational session with our support team, whichever comes first.
Subsequent shipments for repair or replacement are at the customer’s risk and expense.
Title and Risk:
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery. For orders made on payment plans or credit terms, Foto Master retains ownership until full payment is received.
International Shipping:
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any other fees required by their local regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information on import policies in your region.
Custom Delivery Options:
During checkout, customers have the option to select their preferred delivery speed and forwarder, allowing for more flexibility in meeting specific delivery needs.
