Refund policy

At Foto Master, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. No Right of Return

All sales are final. Once goods are shipped, they are deemed accepted by the buyer, and returns are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Prior to Shipment:
    If an order is canceled before shipment, a 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

    Digital Goods:
    If a product purchased includes digital goods (e.g., software licenses, cloud subscriptions, 24/7 support), and the digital goods have been downloaded, logged into, activated, or used in any way before the request for cancellation, the cost of the digital goods will also be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Third-Party Financing:
    Orders paid via third-party financing are not eligible for cancellation or return. No exceptions will be made.

3. Exceptions

  • Custom Products:
    Items with custom work are non-returnable and non-refundable, even before shipping.

  • Damaged Items:
    If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must provide visual proof of the damage within 7 business days of receipt to claim a replacement. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping company.

4. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, and no credits are issued for partially used services or subscription periods. Following any cancellation, access to the service will continue through the end of the current billing period.

5. Warranty Coverage

Foto Master provides a Limited Hardware Warranty for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. Warranty claims are subject to the conditions outlined in the Terms and Conditions policy.
