What Were Your Hopes Before Receiving Your First Foto Master Product?

Edward Brewster:

My initial hopes before receiving my 1st Mirror Me Booth was to be able to provide a new and a exciting way of creating memories at events and weddings. At that time it wasn't any Mirror Photobooths in my local area. I was working as a photographer on weddings and noticed that people wanted instant gratification.

What Were Your Concerns Before Receiving Your First Foto Master Product?

Edward Brewster:

My honest 1st concern was Oh I hope I can make my money back from this investment lol!!! No seriously..One concern was I didn't know how to truly market it to the masses. Luckily I discovered the Fotomaster Group Page on Social Media!!! I met some people back then in 2017 that were super helpful and friendly. STILL to this day we have created a lifelong bond through the industry, grown together, and even worked together on projects!

How Was Your Business Affected By Getting A Foto Master Product? Did You Return Your Initial Investment?

Edward Brewster:

My photography business did a complete 360! I found myself turning down weekend photography work because of the High Demand for our Mirror Me Booth. So much that I made the decision to invest in a 2nd Mirror (Retro Mirrorbooth) within 1 yr. I remember emailing a Amusement Park to introduce my photobooth business to for events..They contacted me back within 5 minutes after I sent the email wanting to schedule a in person demonstration!! At the conclusion of the meeting they offered me contract for several upcoming events which allowed me to immediately purchase my 3rd Mirror!! ( Mirror X)

What Do You Think About Foto Master’s 24/7 Support Team? How Did Your Product Training Go? Have They Ever Helped Your Business?

Edward Brewster:

The Support Team has came in clutch situations through my time in this industry. Their patience and knowledge of the software is priceless! My initial training went smoothly as I remember the person saying to me "it's no such thing as a dumb question..ask away!" That alone rested my nerves through the process!
